General Description: 

The Installation Technician II will install audio, video, and lighting integrated systems in commercial venues, houses of worship, governmental buildings and businesses throughout the country while working as a productive team member to meet established project design and deadlines. All installations must meet the highest quality standards set forth by our company while assuring a professional and safe working environment. Extensive overnight travel is required. Working over 40 hours in a work week may also be required.

Essential Job Duties:   

• Anticipate and follow directions given by the Lead Technician or Project Manager to ensure proper scope of work and to meet deadlines
• Read and decipher blueprints and schematics
• Use basic hand and power tools to install equipment
• Trouble shoot and engage problem-solving skills when needed
• Quickly process information, prioritize job tasks and meet deadlines
• Solder and terminate cables and wires
• Pull wire and cable as needed
• Work cooperatively and effectively within a team, and offer guidance and assistance to lower level technicians when needed
• Report on-site risks and issues to the Lead Technician to ensure efficient resolution and to comply with project timeline and budget

General Description:

The Technical Design Engineer is responsible for the design of integrated audio, video and lighting systems and production of detailed documentation to enable successful production and installation of AVL solutions.  The Technical Design Engineer will provide technical input, suggest technical alternatives, and finalize cost estimates.  The Technical Design Engineer works closely with the Salesperson, Design Engineer and the Project Manager to ensure delivery of complete and accurate construction documents to the installation and commissioning team.  A well-qualified candidate must maintain a comprehensive knowledge of AVL systems to develop effective technical solutions and conceptual design specifications that meet customer requirements. This position may require occasional out of town travel.

General Description:

The Commissioning Specialist is responsible for onsite commissioning of audio, video, and lighting systems during the final phase of project installation.  The Commissioning Specialist will work with Project Managers, Technical Designers, and Field Technicians to provide a complete and fully functional AVL system to finalize installation. The Commissioning Specialist has the responsibility to oversee the commissioning of AVL systems during the staging phase in the prefab facility and onsite after installation of the systems.  The Commissioning Specialist must be fully qualified to run a live production performance including the ability to operate all equipment purchased by the end user. Weekend work and travel is required.

Essential Job Duties:

• Coordinate with Project Manager, Programmer and Designer on all project specific needs for systems commissioning.
• Ensure onsite commissioning is completed within established time constraints.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to confirm Systems Commissioning Schedule and dates/times.  
• Possess the ability to understand and operate a wide variety of audio consoles, video routing systems, lighting consoles, DSPs, network switches, camera systems, intercom systems, Pro Presenter, Web Streaming devices, and other production related software.
• Verify the final fabrication of all equipment racks meet design specifications.
• Possess the knowledge and understanding of how to properly time-align and tune audio systems using SMAART software.
• Communicate with Design and Programming teams to verify control system functionality.
• Work in conjunction with the Prefabrication department and assist in the setup of user interface devices (AVL Control Panels, Graphical User Interfaces, etc.) prior to final installation onsite.
• Verify the configuration of all audio, video, lighting, and control devices, including but not limited to, firmware of components, finalized DSP, audio console, and control system files, assignment of DMX addresses for lighting fixtures.  
• Store all finalized files pertinent to the project in the associated project file on our company network (i.e. DSP, control system, video configuration, and console files) and update the onsite USB key with all final files and current versions of programming software.
• Possess the ability to troubleshoot complex AVL systems and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Designers, Project Managers, Technicians in the field regarding questions about technical and operational aspects of the project.
• Possess the ability to solder and terminate and test all types of A/V connection points.
• Configure and verify IP addressing of all network connected AVL and control system devices.
• Document any changes made to the IP scheme of AVL equipment and system interfaces during commissioning.
• Perform verification of equipment lists from the project proposal to confirm that onsite gear inventory and prints are in congruence.
• Verify completion and accuracy of staging quality control checklists.
• Verify onsite rack testing with hardware and software.
• Possess the knowledge and understanding of how to properly time-align and tune audio systems using SMAART software.

General Description:  The Project Superintendent will supervise and direct the work of a team of technicians and/or subcontractors during the installation of contracted audio, video, and lighting integrated systems. It is the job of the Project Superintendent to ensure established project design, scope, and deadlines are met.  Extensive travel is required.

• Supervise and direct the work of technicians to ensure proper scope of work
• Coordinate with general and electrical contractors, and other trades concerning project status
• Read and decipher blueprints and schematics
• Provide daily progress reports concerning jobsite installation progress

General Description:

The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects starting with the project kickoff meeting and ending with a successful certification of completion document.  All Pro Integrated System’s expectations of the Project Manager are for all projects to be professionally installed, on time, and within the established budget. The Project Manager will coordinate all resources required for each project including both personnel and material to enable a satisfactory completion of each project.  Additionally, the Project Manager will take a leadership role in setting standards and best practices and initiating tracking and reporting mechanisms for projects and programs. It is expected that this position will require a considerable amount of travel.

Essential Job Duties:

• Responsible for supervision of all personnel and activities on project sites
• Obtain and read all contract documents including, but not limited to, bid drawings & specifications, contracts, subcontractor scopes of work, and construction schedules
• Acquire a thorough understanding of project requirements and objectives including, but not limited to, contractual, financial, technical, schedule, construction coordination, materials, personnel, and scope of work
