The Installation Technician II will install audio, video, and lighting integrated systems in commercial venues, houses of worship, governmental buildings and businesses throughout the country while working as a productive team member to meet established project design and deadlines. Essential Job Duties:   

  • Anticipate and follow directions given by the Lead Technician or Project Manager to ensure proper scope of work and to meet deadlines
  • Read and decipher blueprints and schematics

  • Possess the ability to understand and operate a wide variety of audio consoles, video routing systems, lighting consoles, DSPs, network switches, camera systems, intercom systems, Pro Presenter, Web Streaming devices, and other production related software.
  • Verify the final fabrication of all equipment racks meet design specifications.
  • Possess the knowledge and understanding of how to properly time-align and tune audio systems using SMAART software.
  • Communicate with Design and Programming teams to verify control system functionality.
  • Work in conjunction with the Prefabrication department and assist in the setup of user interface devices (AVL Control Panels, Graphical User Interfaces, etc.) prior to final installation onsite.
  • Verify the configuration of all audio, video, lighting, and control devices, including but not limited to, firmware of components, finalized DSP, audio console, and control system files, assignment of DMX addresses for lighting fixtures.  
  • Store all finalized files pertinent to the project in the associated project file on our company network (i.e. DSP, control system, video configuration, and console files) and update the onsite USB key with all final files and current versions of programming software.
  • Possess the ability to troubleshoot complex AVL systems and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with Designers, Project Managers, Technicians in the field regarding questions about technical and operational aspects of the project.
  • Possess the ability to solder and terminate and test all types of A/V connection points.
  • Configure and verify IP addressing of all network connected AVL and control system devices.
  • Document any changes made to the IP scheme of AVL equipment and system interfaces during commissioning.
  • Perform verification of equipment lists from the project proposal to confirm that onsite gear inventory and prints are in congruence.
  • Verify completion and accuracy of staging quality control checklists.
  • Verify onsite rack testing with hardware and software.
  • Possess the knowledge and understanding of how to properly time-align and tune audio systems using SMAART software.
  • Escalate any issues found in design and drawings to Project Manager and Designer for resolution.

It is the job of the Project Superintendent to ensure established project design, scope, and deadlines are met.  Extensive travel is required.

  • Supervise and direct the work of technicians to ensure proper scope of work
  • Coordinate with general and electrical contractors, and other trades concerning project status
  • Read and decipher blueprints and schematics
  • Provide daily progress reports concerning jobsite installation progress

The Project Manager will coordinate all resources required for each project including both personnel and material to enable a satisfactory completion of each project.  Additionally, the Project Manager will take a leadership role in setting standards and best practices and initiating tracking and reporting mechanisms for projects and programs.   • Responsible for supervision of all personnel and activities on project sites
  • Obtain and read all contract documents including, but not limited to, bid drawings & specifications, contracts, subcontractor scopes of work, and construction schedules
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of project requirements and objectives including, but not limited to, contractual, financial, technical, schedule, construction coordination, materials, personnel, and scope of work
  • Coordinate all in house activities associated with project execution including, but not limited to, submittals, engineering, fabrication and installation, programming, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug tests for project security clearance at all time
  • Drive our commercial vehicles which requires a DOT medical certificate
  • Other duties of a similar nature and level may also be assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • CTS is encouraged, CTS-I, NSCA or ESPA equivalent is desired.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of low voltage electronics
  • Experience with various techniques used in pulling and terminating wire and cable
  • Ability to work independently but also cooperatively and effectively within a team
  • Ability to work day, evening or weekend shifts
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, execute tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  • Considerable analytical and problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
  • Considerable knowledge of Microsoft– Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
  • The ability to travel by vehicle or airplane for out of town service calls
  • Considerable PC and Network knowledge
  • DOT medical certificate
  • The ability to read and interpret blueprints, AVL drawings, and general business documents
  • Must present a professional appearance and handle clients with courtesy and respect

Education and Experience

A high school diploma and (2) two years of experience in audio, video and lighting installation/service, or any equivalent combination of education, experience and training required to successfully perform the essential job duties of this position. CTS certification is preferred and strongly encouraged.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, use hands and fingers, reach and push with hands and arms.  The employee is frequently required to sit, climb and balance.  Work requires ability to perform job duties on scaffolding, ladders and at various heights as well as extensive overhead motion required to install equipment. Work requires the ability to lift up to fifty pounds daily and, while most work is performed inside, occasional outside activities may occur for moderate periods of time in a seasonal temperature-fluctuating environment.

All Pro Integrated Systems, a Sweetwater Company, is looking for a skilled and talented individual to help us analyze our business and most effectively utilize our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.  We are an Audio, Video & Lighting integration company focused on providing an immersive experience for venues where people gather.    

We are looking for an Accounting Business Analyst who will help the Senior Leadership Team best utilize data, establish trends, and provide thought provoking information to challenge the normal course of our business. You will work directly with our Vice President of Finance and Administration and influence critical information to help us grow. Ideally, you should have 5 years of previous accounting experience in the tech industry and have an excellent working knowledge of Accounting and Excel for programs as follow:

  • General Ledger Asset & Liability Schedules
  • ERP Report Creation
  • Project Management
  • Forecasting (Sales, Operations & Revenue)
  • Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup & Solver)
  • SQL experience to write and modify reports
  • Sales Support (Analysis of Commissions and Sales Plans for all departments)
  • Acquisitions (Help with initial analysis and integration)


What experience & skills should you have?
 

  • 5 years of experience working in an accounting role
  • A passion for digging and getting into the data
  • A deep understanding of all aspects of a General Ledger and associated journals
  • Proven ability to extract, analyze and identify trends using historical data
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
